Recommended Bar Streets in Shibuya
① Shibuya Yokocho

Street Introduction: You might understand it better if we describe it as a huge food court! It’s a place where you can taste foods from various stores, each with its unique character. You can also experience regional specialties and traditional sake from different parts of Japan. This place is also famous for its unique atmosphere, as it recreates the old Japanese vibe in various ways. You can enjoy this retro Japanese feel at one of the 350 outdoor terrace seats. We recommend it for those who want to enjoy the retro Japanese atmosphere.
Location: RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK South 1F, 6-20-10 Jingumae, Shibuya City, Tokyo 150-0001, Japan
② Shibuya Niku Yokocho

Street Introduction: This is a meat alley (Niku Yokocho) where 28 shops specializing in meat dishes, such as teppanyaki and yakitori, are gathered! Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a building, it has a unique market-like atmosphere. As the name suggests, you can enjoy all kinds of meat dishes here, including some unique ones. Feel the Japanese vibes in this alley reminiscent of traditional Japanese food stalls.
Location: 2F Chitose Kaikan, 13-8 Udagawacho, Shibuya City, Tokyo 150-0042, Japan
③ Shibuya Nonbei Yokocho

Street Introduction: Located near the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, do you know this place where you can feel the atmosphere of the Showa era in Japan? It’s called Nonbei Yokocho. As you enter the narrow alley, you’ll find a signboard and lanterns that say ‘Nonbei Yokocho.’ With about 40 bars lined up, this place gives you a feeling of stepping back in time. You can see buildings with the atmosphere of the Showa era (1920-80s). The unique shops offer reasonable prices, which is another advantage of this place. Locals of all ages visit this place. Enjoy the unique Japanese nightlife atmosphere with the glowing red and white lanterns and wooden small shops.
Location: 1-25 Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0002, Japan
